• Bike Racks (Bike Racks are available at the entrance of Workout Anytime, Publix, and TJ MAX.)
• Curbside Pickup (Curbside Pickup is available from participating retailers.)
• Drinking Fountain are located at the entrance of each Restrooms.
• Lost and Found (To locate a lost item, Please go to the Mall Office located at the end of the hall next to the publix entrance on the right. Lost and Found items will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities or discarded.
• Mall Walking (All mall entrances will open 1 hour prior to regular business hours for walkers. The current opening hours for mall walking are:

  Monday – Thursday 9:00AM, Friday – Saturday 9:00AM, Sunday 11:00AM)

  • Mall Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM (Office will be closed for 1 hour each day for lunch)
• Security Substation is located at the center of the mall outside of strongminds. Security can be reached at 865-681-2277
• Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access: Foothills Mall is proud to offer the student connect center. We offer free wireless internet to our shoppers. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, Tablet, or smartphone can easily log into the Wi-Fi network.
